IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT STORED INFORMATION ON YOUR Wii CONSOLE:
When you send your Wii console in for repair, Nintendo will make every effort to keep any saved data on your Wii console intact. However, due to the nature of the problem you are experiencing, some data may not be recoverable. Even if some data, such as game save data, Everybody Votes data, emails, and addresses in your Address Book, can't be recovered, your Wii Shop points and previously downloaded games will still be available to you. To gain access to your Wii Shop account once your system has been returned, just enter the Wii Shop and re-download your games at no cost.

Please do not return your system to the retail store. All of your Wii Shop data, including games and points will be lost. They are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you don't have a Wii Shop Account and you elect to return your product to the store, you must first follow the Delete Usage procedure described in your manual to remove any personal pictures, email addresses or other information that may be on your system.


The online repair order process is only for Wii consoles and Wii Remotes.
  • If you need a Game Disc replaced, click here.

If you registered your Wii console through your My Nintendo profile to extend your warranty, and your system is between 12 and 15 months old, please call 1-800-255-3700 for your repair options so that we can ensure your system is covered under warranty.
