Canada Repair Form for Game Boy Advance and Nintendo GameCube systems
(Nintendo's Factory Repair Program)
(Si vous lisez le Français seulement, contactez le service après-vente de NOA (1-800-255-3700), pour les réparations.)
Before beginning the repair process, please consider the following:
- Wii, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo DS Lite systems have a separate repair process. If you are attempting to repair one of these systems, click here to select your system type. Choose the applicable troubleshooting and if a repair is necessary, you will be given the appropriate repair options.
- We can only accept a personal check or money order for repairs submitted
using this online form. If you want to pay by credit card, please call
our Consumer Service Department at 1-800-255-3700.
- This form may only be used by residents of Canada.
- Please use our "Warranty
Lookup" tool to determine if your system is under warranty.
(You will need the system's serial number, which can be found on the
bottom of home consoles or on the back of Game Boy units. It begins
with two letters, followed by several numbers.) Only manufacturer defects
are covered under warranty.
- You must be 13 years old or older to sign up for Nintendo's Factory
Repair Service.
Please note: Nintendo's warranty does not cover physical damage. Examples of physical damage include: damaged screen on a handheld unit (screen appears to have an "ink blotch"), water damage, spilled liquid, and scratched game discs, etc. If your Nintendo product needs repair or replacement due to physical damage, and is within the warranty period, please call our Consumer Service department at 1-800-255-3700 to discuss available repair options.
