Difficulty connecting online with others while playing an Electronic Arts (EA) game (such as Madden, Tiger Woods Golf, etc.)

If you are attempting to play an Electronic Arts game online against other players, but are experiencing connection issues such as "Connection could not be established" errors, please try the following:

• In order to successfully establish an online connection with other players, UDP port 3658 on your router or gateway must be open. For assistance with accessing your router settings and opening this UDP port, try our online Technical Support Forums.
