The Size of Your Eyes
Big eyes and higher eyebrows make a Mii look more feminine. Or flip that around and you'll find smaller features always make a Mii more masculine.

If you’re making a female Mii, choose your ideal nose and then shrink it down for a classic cutie-pie look.
Nice Pants
Changing a Mii’s shirt is a snap but changing their pants is a little trickier. Default pants are black, but you can get red pants by selecting the Mii as a favorite. Or get blue ones by sending your Mii to another Wii via WiiConnect24.
